PRAYER (by Donald Hilton)

God of all our days,
Coming in Christ that our past be resolved,
Our present be proud
And our future be assured,
We commit ourselves to you.

God of all our ways,
Coming in Christ that the poor be rich,
The outcast embraced,
The downcast uplifted,
We commit ourselves to you.

God of our lives,
Coming in Christ that we find life fulfilled,
Baptised into his death,
Raised to share his glory,
We commit ourselves to you.
Amen
